1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bke33 platform — whether through the website at bke33.com, the bke33 mobile app, or any other bke33 service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 3 Account Registration

To access the full bke33 platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person is permitted to hold one bke33 account only. If bke33 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — bke33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bke33 username and password.

All financial transactions on bke33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bke33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit on bke33 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bke33 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your bke33 wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact bke33 support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bke33 support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• bke33 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes. In some cases, particularly for large withdrawals or during peak periods, processing may take longer.
• bke33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if your account has not completed identity verification, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if bke33 has reason to investigate the account for suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bke33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus on bke33, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bke33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one bke33 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the bke33 platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bke33 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bke33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's bke33 account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bke33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or if bke33 has reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play until the suspension is lifted. bke33 will contact you via your registered email address to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it, where applicable.

• If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds in your wallet may be withheld pending investigation.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
